Wait a solid gold minute Deb. lol I thought I was the early bird, and you the nightowl. lol Oh well, look on the bright side here. Great minds are thinking alike here at this early hour.  You know, I do feel like playing. lol The feedback has been awesome from the people of the boards, and I only have you to thank for posting the pics of me. I am deep in your debt because of it. I got the biggest charge out of Kats reply. I rolled on the floor practically. I still can't believe the difference one year has made in me. OOF! I can only hope to stay maintained to my weightloss, and not faulter. I really don't see that happening. I have become too attached to fruits and veggie stirfrys these days. Yes, all good eating habits. Sitting her now though, I feel a slight urge. I can fight it off though. Only a few hours til breakfast. lol My half cup of fiber one cereal, my three quarter cup of rasberries, and my veggie of choice.....mostly fried in spray butter zuchinni. Yummy! Yah, that would be a typical breakfast for me. Before, well let's not go there. lol lol lol I hope to talk to you real soon to Deb. I miss ya lots.  mikep.s.
