Tina,
Don't fine too awful many of us on here familiar with WI. I think Kat and I are about the only ones. I am from waaaaaaaaaaay up north. lol I am an hour south of Ashland. I am so far up north, you probably never heard of Ashland either. I know where you are, or lived at one time. My aunt and uncle go there quite often. They are from Manitowoc.
I know I should have replied to you sooner, but I don't get in here much at all these days. I don't spread myself as thin anymore with many of the activities of life. I try, though, to get in here as much as I can. Even people that have lost the weight, need a little boost from time to time, and you have given me that. Thanks Tina!

On to the real business. lol THANKS FOR THE BOOST. As far as my tattoos, they are safe. lol They did shrink, but no distortion what so ever. I was afraid of that in the beginning as well. I have a big one on my leg of a bear with two cubs as well. I just want one more, and hopefully, early this coming year, I will get it. I want a huge black panther to come across from my back onto the front part of my chest. I saw one on a guy, and I thought it was the coolest thing ever. Gotta have it to. lol
The toning part of it. Yes, I only do right around 10 minutes everyday. Nothing strenuous, or too heavy....just the basic arm curls, a few bench presses, etc. I have to admit, at the end of my weightloss, my arms were a bit to scrawny. I had to do something. lol When I felt my arms, it was like hand to bone. lol Just that little bit of toning did the trick. I also got rid of the few little wrinkles of extra skin I had to. I was worried at first, that I would never be able to wear a tank top again because of them. NOW I CAN! With me now, and so many others here, we have to keep on track with our new eating habits. Ya, sometimes it is down right hard. That is when the b4 and afters come into play, or old clothes. UGH! LOL
Thanks again for posting to my pics. You will be right with all of us with your weightloss as well. Stick around. I hope to get to know you a little better. It is always great to see new people come to the boards.
