Been meaning to post....haven't lost that much this month...weight loss is slowing considerably....even though I'm down in this picture...I'm up 3# today on the scale. It's a 'teeter-totter'....but, I'm better about handling it these days...than I have in the past. I know (or at least hope) that I will continue to lose. I still have about 30# to go! I can't tell much difference from last month...except 'possibly' in my facial area...my jowls?...LOL. Hope you all enjoy....ya know how I love picture taking....I'm really glad I take my pictures EVERY Month.... ____________________________________________ TAKE THOSE PICS...consistently...you won't regret it!
