Can't believe how time flew!!!! I am a little over a week shy of my 4 month surgiversary. I figured I'd do this and get it over with LOL! This is painful for me but I do it to get over it, so here goes....
Here's my sorta kinda before. it's actually 3 weeks post op. and there is me as of a week ago ...and then there's "the skirt" LOL!!!!!!

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery. Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
OMG you look wonderful, not that you did not before. You are such an insperation to us all. Keep up the good work. You look great not to mention how good you must feel, on your way to better health. Way to go!!!! you should be so proud of youself.

i must say this past month was tough in all aspects, emotionally, physically etc. i think i've only lost like 6 lbs or so (granted i still have another week or so until 4 mos has officially passed) but that coupled with slackin off...i think i wasted time. next month WILL be better!!!!!
