| Newbie |  Having Surgery 8/31/07 Hello! Having gastric bypass on Friday of next week. Any suggestions, do and don'ts???????????  It has been a long time coming! I've waited 7 years for this! I went in March of 2000 to see my first surgeon, he couldn't get me approved. I went Summer of 2004 to see 2nd surgeon, he couldn't ge me approved with yet another insurance company. Feb. 2007 Went to see my 3rd surgeon, finally August 17th I got approved!!! Finally with Priority Health HMO!!!  WOW!!! What a wait! I'm excited, so if your still waiting approval, not give up!!! There is HOPE!!! |
