Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass   |  6 Month Check up Hello everyone, I went today for my 6 month check up. I am now down to 150Ibs.  The Dr. is really proud of my progess this far out. I am encluding my picture that was taken two weeks ago while I was visiting my Uncle in Tennessee..

Thanks for the replay Kenya. I will have to ammit that it hastn been that easy at first, but with time it has been getting easier for me. I always catch myself reading lables at the food store..lol... I really watch my sugar and fat intake. I mention that to my dr. today and he just smiled.. I also told him that I'm so caustious that I dont want to get sick ( dumping). It looks as though you are doing really well yourself. I went back to work today, I have been out six months. With the type of work that I do I wastn able to return till today. All my co workers where so suprise at me that they didtn know me at first. That really made me feel good. Once again thank you for your reply and keep up the good work. We will make our goal soon... Denise
