Hey Lisa! I will for sure be making time for RR in the upcoming months... I am starting to work again soon, and I'm finishing my school, which is online, so I will definately be on more.
And to answer your question, no, he did not get deployed... he blew his ACL AGAIN!!! He is only 24, and has had his ACL reconstructed twice and had another surgery on it a few years ago because of scar tissue. The cool thing is that they put an ACL from a cadaver (dead person) in there to replace his. So, the doc said he is too young to have that many surgeries on the same knee, and when it heals, he is going to be getting out of the Army, cause the doc said no more surgeries.... SOOO we will be moving to New Orleans after that.
But anyway, I thank God every day that he didn't get deployed for his third time, but blessings come in strange ways sometimes! The depressing thing is that all our friends went back to Iraq on Tuesday, its been kind of a wierd week, never knowing. But I pray for them everyday, and that is all I can do.
So, I hope everything is well on your end, I miss all my friends here on RR, and I feel bad that I am not as commited as I once was, but at the same time, life happens, and you can't stop that I guess.

PS.... I forgot, the stricture is doing great, went in for 4 scopes, and I have another one on oct. 4th, but I have been doing very good with it, and it hasnt caused me any problems at all since the first dialation.

for me AUGUST was rough i had gotten sick
with shingles and really took away alot
of my energy during the illness.
