Well I figured since I am up I might as well post the 5 month pictures. These were actually taken at 3 weeks ( the one in the black t shirt)and then 4 1/2 months lol (the last two). but i havent changed much in the past two weeks...at least i dont think lol!  For the most part i feel pretty good. the emotional ups and downs are the hardest. But as soon and they come, they go. I'm also finding it hard to wrap my head around the scale "boucing" I think I have lost and gained so much ( within 5 or 6 lbs) i dont bother changing my weight on here lol! but i always level out for a week or two and then i bounce some more. i dont mind as long as i keep my size 10 jeans  I went shopping with an old friend. and we did the pointing out sizes thing. i asked her to point out someone who was close to my size. and i though to myself "no way, she's crazy" and we walked up to this lady and asked her what size she was. and she was indeed a 10. yes are individuals and we do carry our weight differently but you would be amazed in the difference of YOUR perception of your self vs. someone elses perception of you. i still dont "feel" any smaller than i was 5 months ago, but trying on the jeans in the 3 week picture always clarifies this for me. they are a size 20... rr1.JPG HPIM0843.jpgHPIM0841.jpg I still have a ways to go but for now I am ok here.
