Howdy, Here is my before and my 4 month pick.

Surgery Date: 12/21/05
Beginning Weight: 283
Current Weight: 200
Goal Weight: 150

Before: one week prior to surgery (front & side views)

4 months later...

I am amazed daily with the results and I cannot wait until I see what I am going to look like at goal.

WOW! What an awesome result only 4 months out! I love before and afters, they give other people such tangible evidence of what can be achieved. Congratulations on your acheivement!

you know month ago I wrote a post titled by "catapillar dream..." to break the ugly coccon and fly like a colorful beautiful butterfly...Great girl you did it!! keep up the hard work, you deserve the butterfly name

In ONLY 4months.....83 lbs????? WOW!! You look fantastic it's amazing it's only been a short time....I could only hope for a wonderful result like this!

Congratulations!! And you still are hoping to loose another 50? You will have no problem with that....make sure you don't blow away...ok??

wow cat! That's just after 4 months, you so rock, that's so cool, i can;t wait to get there, thanks for sharing your pics, you post ops fuel my fires for this surgery everyday and pics do it the best
