I was surfing my photobucket album and saw this by accident and OMG! I don't know how I allowed myself to reach this stage!!      and I know that wasn't my worse shapes! I was even heavier one year after this picture! Here I was in Düsseldorf in Germany with hubby on a computer exhibition. I got pregnant with Dana maybe a month from that time, gained more weight. Delivered the baby and gained more weight! eehhh it was a long journey of torture and pain! yiykessssss I can't believe that this nightmare is over! and it'll neveeeeeeeeeeeeeeer come back as long I'm alive! Maybe this picture give some hope to the newbies! I was like that one day! and today I'm half that past ... (Tears) Hanadi |

When i see pictures of befores and afters it really keeps me on track becasue I want to get to my goal weight. That is what gives me hope when I see real life people that I talk to on here, that have made such huge accomplishments in their lives. Hold your head up high, gal. Incidentally, I noticed your ticker, and your BMI is 30.3. You are almost out of the "obese" range and very very close to "overweight". One more kg, and you'll be in the overweight range. Congratulations!!! You've done a great job!!!
