you are beautiful, i would keep that picture to remember where you were and that you will never be there again. i too hate looking at pictures of me before surgery. it is so hard to believe i let myself get to that spot. But i need to remember how easy it was, as to not forget that it could happen again.

The ladies all said it perfect. It did not change you as who you are, you are a wonderful person and the sounds of it you are full of energy. But like the others said it is a reminder of where you were. Look at the huge accomplishment you have done for yourself. You are such an inspiration to me. When i see pictures of befores and afters it really keeps me on track becasue I want to get to my goal weight. That is what gives me hope when I see real life people that I talk to on here, that have made such huge accomplishments in their lives. And i know that I will get there with all the support we all get here for one another. Wow what a great job you have done.
