I have had so much hair loss that I am beginning to get scared. I literally have to get the hair out of the drain when I take a shower or the water can't go down. My hair is all over my bathroom flow, sink and everywhere else after I fix my hair. I keep thinking, I can't possibly keep losing hair like this or I'm not going to have any left. I do take Biotin with my other supplements. I just wonder when the hair coming out stops.

Biotin 5000mcg equates to 5 mlg. that is enough to take,my doc said you really cannot OD on it but we wont absorb much ,more that that in a day....Kathy

Mine is fimally growing back! I have all these sprouts that stick up on my forhead and part!!!!! It's comical. But you know, i would go bald if it ment I could play with my kids and enjoy life with my husband and possible see grandkids one day!

I started loosing mine about 3 months ago. It is finally slowing down and I am not losing very much now. Hopefully it will start coming back soon. I started taking biotin about 2 months prior to surgery and am still taking it. I take the 5000 mcg. It will also help you have stronger nails.
