I've been out for a while, had my gallbladder removed the beginning of December. Feeling great now. I forget how much weight I have really lost sometimes until someone sees me that hasn't seen me since before my surgery. I have to say I am happier and happier with every pound I lose. I'm running 3 miles a day now and never immagined I would ever be able to run up the stairs at my home let alone 3 miles. I'm truly excited about the new me!!
