I thought I would share them with you how bad I really looked a few years ago and still cannot imagine how I even could carry all that weight around with me at that time. Boy what an eye opener that I do not ever want to get that heavy again.

Honey I think we all have the same problem, we see pics of ourselvespre surgery and wonder how the heck we got to where we were. I saw people today I havent seen since before surgery and they all couldnt believe how I look, they even said they didnt realize I was as big as I was until they saw me now

Kitty I hear exactly what your saying. I posted some photos a few weeks ago of my before and after and I keep looking at it going......how the heck did I ever let myself do that. I feel the same way and I haven't even had surgery yet. I would think I was alright, but chunky, and then I'd catch my reflection in a store window or see a pic and get soooo depressed. Now I just want to change it! You've done an awesome job!!!

Thanks for sharing with us Kitty, I also know exactly what you are saying, I would always blow off the weight I had gained by telling myself I was healthy and felt okay regardless.
