My ramblings...
I think WLS surgery gives you normalcy - just that prior to surgery OUR normalcies were NOT NORMAL!!!!!!! By 18-24 months out I should be eating a meal similar to what the Canada Food Guide suggests - THAT will be NORMAL. And to tell the truth, the idea of little to no sugars is not a bad thing, nor is having a lot of processed foods - they contain WAY too much sodium etc anyhow! And the carbs thing, well, again - carbs turn to sugar in our bodies, so they...

We All Need Some Humour So Here Are Reasons I Want Wls...

1. So my shorts don't ride up my crotch when I walk.
2. To wrap a towel around me after a shower
3. To get out of a plastic lawn chair without it sticking to my
