It has been a month so far. I am still having issues of nausea big time! not dumping just after I eat i get the dry heaves. Been to surgeon and he gave me pills to take 1/2 hr before meals. but so far it only helps a little. I am so tired all the time and that is to be expected I know. Not being able to eat anything without getting sick is frustrating! I am trying to follow my surgeon and nutritionist diet but I still have this issues. I will be heading back to the doc if...

Hello, I am doing well as I continue to learn and grow with my new life. I am not sure why this is happening but some days I hold my meals, some days I don't?? is this normal? I am eating my 3 meals a day.I believe I am doing what I am told to do. it has only been 2 1/2 weeks since I had my surgery. I am thinking it is just my pouch being finicky. I know my surgeon told me to take my many vitamins( pill form) just to take them through out the day. some days it is a struggle to get them all...

Hello, Just wanted to let all know I got home on Sunday only 2 day in the hospital. came home with a JP drain and I am getting that out this morning. I have sever pain and can't take the liquid pain medicine. I just can't keep nothing down.I am thinking it because I am in a lot of pain. I am going to talk to the doc about this today. I have already lost 19lbs. wow!! I am really tired also. again I believe it is do to not getting the nutrition I need. I know this will pass also. I will keep in touch...

Hi, I was wondering if anyone tried the gas ex for the gas after the surgery? I got the ones that dissolves in your mouth. I was hoping it would help with the gas pains afterward. Please let me know if this is o.k and if anyone tried this.
