I ate to much

Posted 01-17-2008 at 10:09 AM by cangelski

For the first time since my surgery i ate to much! i have never felt so terrible in all my life. i avoided throwing up by walking around but to tell you the truth puking would have been a lot easier. i think the problem was i ate at the same time i took my morning meds. i take more meds than most bariatric patients because i have behcet's disease(an autoimmune disorder) and primary sclerosing choliangitis(a liver disorder). anyway i had to share because i'm sure i'm not the only one to learn this lesson the hard way! If anyone else can share it would make me fell better. Thanks in advance for your suppport!

Yes I remember that, when you are modifying old habits once in a while you will forget to eat SLOWLY and there you go you have that result you experienced, walking around the block is good but sometimes that will not be enough. so dont feel bad if once in a while you have to go visit the toilet. one tip that you need to go is when you produce alot of saliva, Your not alone regards
