Low on Vitamin D and Kalcium

The trip to Oslo went well.
The doctor said my stats were good, except that I am low on vitamin D and Kalcium, so I'll be taking extra D and Kalcium for the next 3 months until the next check-up at the doctor.
Regarding the weigth-loss I am precisely on track, which I was glad to hear, because I feel it is going a bit slow now.
At the "coping-course" we met a lady who had the Roux en Y in December 2007. What a great inspiration she was. Somehow it gives more meaning to hear the story from "the horses mouth", regardless of the professionals vast experience. We also met a nurse, who has had gastric bypass surgery herself several years ago, and now is working in this field, she was a real treat. I hope I did'nt put her through to much of an interrogation
