A couple of days ago I started walking for approx half an hour each day. My goal is to go for at walk at least five days a week, preferably seven days a week.
The day before yesterday I noticed a big blister on my heel, and today I have one on the base of my big toe. Yippie, this must mean that I have done something I am not used to, which in it self is good, and that is why I decided to consider my blisters as trophies.
Perhaps I am wacko, but it actually feels good.
