Update!!!! 5 months and 2 days out!

Ok, so far Im down 68 lbs and 10 sizes. Yay!!! Using the eliptical at the gym 3 days a week, 4 miles at a time in about 1 hour, and then using the ab machine for a bit. These are all positive things that I am thrilled about! The other day I saw my head-to-toe reflection for the first time in 2 years....I didnt even recognize my own body. It was a really weird feeling. Here is the negatives: I feel gassy a lot of the time, and I am now officially losing my hair. Well, good totally outweighs (HA) the bad!!!!

Wow my cousin had gastric bypass and was loosing her hair too and at one point so was I and can tell you that not getting enough protein in your diet can do that to you.
