Ok, so last week I weighed in at work at 250. Thats 13lbs down since surgery.
Sunday I weighed on a new scale that I bought and it read 254!!!
I know that there is bound to be some difference in scales but 4 pounds?! No way!
I am just starting my 3rd week out from surgery, and I am wondering has ANYONE out there experienced weight loss, then a little weight gain this early on?!?!? I started to panic and went back to all liquids so I could get back down. Help!!

PLEASE post questions like these in the main board, you will get lots of positive input and help there, those who don't have much time to cruise the entire site stick mainly in the board and do not check the blogs.
Your predicament has been experienced by many many members, you aren't the only one, but not many will be able to share their experience with you unless you post in the board.
That said, your predicament is pretty much normal, you are going to lose in humps and bumps, not in one fell swoop, and going back to liquids will only make your body try to hog onto everything and refuse to release the extra weight because it thinks that you are trying to strave yourself. You need to stick to your surgeon's food stages and let your body know that it will get the nutrtion it needs on a regular schedule, so it's safe to release the extras.
Also, you can retain a lot of water during PMS, which will be released with some extra whoosh once Aunt Flo visits.Posted 04-27-2010 at 01:25 AM by DocSanae
