I have my date!

I received my surgery date today! I called insurance first and they said I was approved. About an hour later my surgeon's office called to schedule the date.
I will be having surgery Wednesday, June 17 at 1pm in the afternoon. I will be the last surgery of the day
It was either that or waiting until June 29th. NO THANKS!
I start my liquid diet on Wednesday, June 3rd and hubby and I are going to the Pre-op class the following day on the 4th from 530-830pm.
Husband made some really yummy tortellini soup tonight. His mother made some for dinner when we were out at their place a few weeks ago so he thought he'd have a go at it. It was really yummy! There are 2 dishes of soup in the fridge plus a medium tupperware with soup as well!

Yay! That's great. I have my nutrition class and my psych eval on Mon 5-18. Then consult with surgeon on June 2nd, so if the gods of Blue Cross approve, I won't be far behind you. I have heard that Blue Cross of North Dakota is one of the fastest and easiest to be approved, so we'll see. I am so glad your DH is supporting you and helps with meals.
