Well, we talked. I was super duper nervous. My husband has been nothing but supportive for all of my issues I've had in the past for depression, anxiety, and my sleeping issues (apnea). But, because I have anxiety issues, I was nervous anyway. He was in a really good mood when he got home.

We went to Applebee's for dinner and talked it over. He mentioned that his insurance re-enrollment has come around so we should look at what's covered. We may want to switch to a different plan...

I’m very glad he gave it to me because it has so much information – just like this site and forum! I am going to share it with my husband and start communication between us tonight. I think we will look at attending a seminar at the end of February in Shakopee to get more information.

Of course I’m a little nervous about talking with my husband about this. ...

I weighed myself today. 275 pounds. And I thought 247 was going to be my highest. Or 265. Nope. *sigh*

I have an appointment on February 17, 2009 to talk with my GP about being referred to a dietitian or bariatric surgeon. I say "or" because I'm not sure which one I might have to go to first. I may have more leverage if I go to a dietitian first.
