had the operation now

well i went on the operation table again on the 20 th of august and had a roux en y. i have had no complications with the op except a wound infection in my left side, this is now healing , i had this op as away to cure the reflux and heart burn i have had over the last 5 years, it has worked a treat, no more reflux, and now i am able to eat more of a variety of food,i have became a fresh fruit fan, and i have none of the side effects like dumping which is a boost.i was back for a met with dietian...

i am due 2b getting a roux en y surgery soon. i am no stranger to wls but i am am bit confussed to eating patterns and these protein drinks come supplements you have to take! is this going to be a permenant fixture in my life or can you eventually return to real food. i have seen on site that some eat protein first then veg then carbs, is this the normal?i am based in uk and i do know that our brand names differ to the states, i phone the nutritionist at my hospital who told me that the protein...
