had the operation now

well i went on the operation table again on the 20 th of august and had a roux en y. i have had no complications with the op except a wound infection in my left side, this is now healing , i had this op as away to cure the reflux and heart burn i have had over the last 5 years, it has worked a treat, no more reflux, and now i am able to eat more of a variety of food,i have became a fresh fruit fan, and i have none of the side effects like dumping which is a boost.i was back for a met with dietian and nutrisionist yesterday, they were pleased with my process oover the years, i have managed to maintain a weight loss of over 11 stone in 12 years, which is 48% loss. it really does not seem that long since i had my first surgery, but hey time flys when you enjoy your self
