One week after surgery

hi this is my first week after my surgery i had the GastriciI bypass last tuesday 9th june 2009 im on the liquid diet but im findin it a bit hard as i dont drink milk n the food is the same everyday soup, yougart,Ensure protein frit juice which tastes awful.

The first few weeks are the hardest. You will also have to endure what many people call "head hunger". Your pouch is not yet ready for filling foods, but your brain says otherwise.
Keep in mind that you are still in the healing stage from MAJOR surgery that rearranged your guts, and take things easy and slowly.
