I am 3 weeks post-op and I am feeling blue today. I am not sure why. My weight loss to date is 28lbs! I should be excited. Why am I sad? I have decided to start working out tomorrow. I feel like that might help. I think I am just ready to see results and I haven't yet. Also I have been cooped up inside the house for 3 weeks! I am ready to get back to normal. However, my energy is not back yet. Maybe I will feel better tomorrow. |
