So, here I am being a very good post wls-er and yesterday esp being such a good day (not to mention the being very good 99% of the time for weeks now), I exercised last night as I have done almost every day...even the other day when I had zero energy and only managed 2 lots of 10mins or so, it was
something, So im thinking to myself, sweet! I am being good, I am sticking with it, making changes, yes,had a small setback fri night, but really? it wasnt all that a huge binge, just a few snake lollies...
