New to this program Feel weird I hope I am not the only one.

Hello everyone I decided to go through my operation on October 18th 2007 and since then I have noticed many changes, but one big but I have not felt sadness desperation or other symtoms many people would tell me I would have, I do go to the Doctor and yes I see a Psycologist but I feel fine. I want to know if I am the only one or there are other with the same feeling.
