OK so I haven't done anything about my eating habits for the last 6 months or so. I have gained about 30 pounds back that I had initially lost. I swore I wouldn't do this. I have an uncontrolable need to chew lately. My ideas this is occuring is because: Stress - Delaney/Amanda/$$ I have the idea in my head now that being thinner/thin will cause problems with the kids. The Holidays: so much food around and so little time. Old need to feel full and satisfied vs/happy.
