Hi my names is Crystale & I have made the decision to get WLS! It took spending a lot of money on diets & gym memberships to finaly get fed up. I have been over weight my whole life. The smallest i've ever been was a size 14 in high school & that was do to starving myself.
I have come to realize that hell I love food!
I wouldn't be here if i didn't! lol. But this is a love hate relationship; I love food but i hate what it caused me to do. So my journey begans to get healthy. Pray for me & if you can't walk beside me then walk behind me because the breaks on this car aren't working!!

So now I have an appoinment for next Friday. Im still ina state of shock. I've been waiting on this for a long time and now that its happening I can't stop pinching myself!

now its just waiting to hear back from the insurance company. 
I did my blood work but she also wants me to do a sleep study, so that it gives me a greater chance of getting approved. Did anyone else have to do a sleep study?
