Starting 5dpt! Day 1

I decided to start my 5dpt on the first day of a 3 day weekend from work. Day 1 and 2 are liquids and I wasn't sure if I could do them at work mentally. day's 3-5 I can do at work easily.
This morning I had a high protein Iced Mocha it was yummy! I can do this I know I can. then 30 min later 8 0z water. then for lunch a high protein mocha shake.

I am using Unjury Products. They are the ones I have found that I can stomach so to speak.
After my surgery I tried different brands but by the time I was able to eat solids I couldn't even open a can of powders with out wanting to be sick. With this brand the taste and smell of the powders I don't get nauseous.
