Awake at 4

Again I am awake in the middle of the night--bleh.
I am off track, and getting back on the rails. It starts so simply, stop tracking your food, then your exercise, skip a day her and a day there. But I know these are symptoms and not the problem. The problem is putting others and other things before my health. After all what's an extra hour at the office--skipped exercise What's the problem with eating through lunch? All of these things add up to be that I give away myself and put everyone and other things first.
I did say no last week to a work project--well I let my boss say no for me--even better right?
