One of the things that I think I had never really not thought about was all the unintended positive consequences of massive weight loss. Hello Again! I am able to get back at faster this time from the last surgery. It has been a week since the second procedure, which was my arms, chest (breasts) and an area on my stomach that my doc did not like the look of from the last time. This is my first time posting a blog. I think it is like keeping a journal, so here goes.

I am entering my second trimester of pregnancy. My RNY was Jan 18, 2011. I found out I was pregnant Jan, 2012.

Hey again. I am about 3 weeks out from my first plastic surgery, and overall I am doing very good the doc says...lol. They took off 9 lbs of stomach (abdominoplasty I think they called it)...I am at 250 at last weigh in, and I am getting wayy excited looking at the outlet malls for my new clothes!
