I am so surprised

I talked to my mom today who is all for me to have this done and she told me she wanted to see the diet that they were going to put me on after it was all said and done. I asked why she said she was going to do the diet with me for extra encouragement and she was going to walk with me and maybe go to the gym with me. She has never said anything like that to me. We have never been real close and this a great start to a change for the better. She said she was going to be with me every step of the way. I did break down and cry which is a little silly but in touched my heart so much. It is nice since my mother in law is so not on board with this and says I should not do it. Her comment was well if it will make you happy then yes but I think you should do it this way instead. I told her I have tried that way and this way, just about any way you can think of. I start out strong and then fall and when I fall it is hard. I lose some and gain even more. Well the good thing is my mom is there for me I am even going to recover at their house since my husband will not be home that much. This has been such as great start I am just praying things go as well as they have so far.

Hi Rondakay! My name is Mellisa... I'm wanting to get it done too!! I am also getting a mixed reaction from folks too... but, like your story, my mom is also being supportive now that she is learning more about it! The issue I'm having is that I am on Medi-Cal (low income) insurance, and it is a PAIN to get them to help!! Anyway.. I just want to wish you luck! - That is so sweet,what a wonderful thing...I also have has some negative input but...I have been researching and praying about it for like 6 yrs,finally my health got so bad the Good Lord slapped me in the face and said"Just Do It!!!" I am so ready to feel good.I think most of us have been YOYO dieters.The time has come to end it!!!!Good luck dear and i will be praying for you...I too live in Texas,in the HillCountry,central Texas.Only one of my girls is a big support for me and my husband is Great,and i have Great friends.I think my other girls and family members are just scared.
