Good Day.

Had cottage cheese for breakfast with two strawberries and 10 blueberries, cinnamon and splenda. Water exercises for an hour (can't call it water aerobics as I mostly float around kicking my legs and throwing back an occasional volleyball to the players at the other end of the pool.
Lunch was white beans & tuna, and later a snack! A SNACK! I hardly ever can eat a snack. I had edamame. THAT I am truly excited about. When hubby goes for popcorn I can eat edamame. Light, salty, full of protein and fiber. Soft enough to chew thoroughly...a winner.
Walked a mile on the tredmill, and tonight ... crabcakes and cauliflower salad.
I am loving real food. And no vomiting!
