Life Below 200 lbs.

I have had to realize that now I must not just healthly I need to adjust the amount I eat when I go out to eat. Eating out is one of the enjoyments ofolder people. I have been eating only one full meal a day with fruit and warm beverage in the evening. So eating out is usually at noon. But this does not work out as when you order food so much comes. I have decided I have to not order more than I want to eat. This being a salad or an appetizer. Not having had WLS I can eat more than I now need. I need to concentrate on the enjoyment of being out and not "eating out". There is a difference.
I have given up carbonated beverages 7 months ago so now order a large glass of ice water and a small glass of lemonade, mixing the water with small amounts of lemonade and refilling water and mixing again. I have a drink for all evening. I always give the server a tip for each water so she does not lose money.
Oh, I bought my first size 14 jeans. I also had thought I would never be a size 14 or less now am thinking maybe a 12.
