Never did I ever believe that I was going to see the scale stay below 200 lbs. again in my life time but now for almost a week it has stayed there.
I have had to realize that now I must not just healthly I need to adjust the amount I eat when I go out to eat. Eating out is one of the enjoyments ofolder people. I have been eating only one full meal a day with fruit and warm beverage in the evening. So eating out is usually at noon. But this does not work out as when you order food...

We were invited out for lunch yesterday by a young couple.
I ordered a taco salad and ate the salad but left the big taco shell. I had only water. The others order sandwiches, FF, and soda. The men left most of their FF. and the young lady left 1/2 her sandwich and all her FF.
It is just fine to leave most of your food when you eat out. You do not have to clean your plate or take it home but you could. You could order less but that confuses the cook. You don't want to confuse...

Here I am 46 lbs. down and a month after I was suppose to have surgery. One of the deciding factors for me was my extreme food

I decided as long as I had ordered protein shakes decided I would try them. I had bought the kind that are mixed with water. The first one I tried was Chocolate marsh mellow and was very good. I had a second one the next day and it was chocolate nut and I had a terrible allergy attach. I am still not over it.
