I am excited and nervous! I feel like I have long awaited for this date, and now it's right around the corner. So much info being tossed my way these last couple weeks, I feel overload! Any suggestions? What did you pack for the hospital stay? Thanks in advance!

A new chapter in my life! So I decided to finally step up to the plate and take contol of my weight. My husband is my support person he has been great! I have been married for almost 10 years and have a 4 year old son. I just had my first apt with Dr Juarez at St Lukes yesterday. I was verry impressed with him. He took time to answer many questions I had. I'm a bit worried of this journey, as well as excited! I look fwd to learning and meeting people on this site that will keep me motivated...
