Note to self

1) Throw scales out the window. They depress you and you are weighing too often. I KNOW IF I STICK TO THE PLAN, the rest will take care of itself.

2) BE PROUD of the 40 pounds you've lost in 6 weeks.

3) BE PROUD you joined the gym and KNOW that the exercise will help move things along and get you in better shape. You did this for your health, not your figure. Your mom is at God's right hand beaming down on you because of all you have accomplished.

4) ACCEPT your age and limitations. You will be healthier once the weight is gone, but you will NEVER look like you did in high school...and THAT's OK.

5) Thank Skip for his support. Your husband loved you heavy and he will love you thin. He is your next breath, and he has been there thru every turn, every tear, all the downhill slopes...he will continue to be right by your side, no matter what.

6) Stop taking moments for granted. At your age, it's probably 1/2 over. Slow down, breathe deep...RELAX, RELATE, RELEASE. It's just not worth it.

7) BE PROUD of you....you're actually not 1/2 bad...accept that and enjoy it!
