| WLS Mentor | no where near that small yet, but i just wanted to echo friend, Good Will, Salvation Army and used clothing shops are probably the best places to look. For Christmas i am asking for gift certificates to the used clothing stores here where i live so that when i need a new size of clothes i can go and get what i like. when i get there though if anybody wants my bigger clothes that i don't need i willingly will send them to ya'll.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Yep! been going to lots of garage sales and Salvaltion army ..so far pretty good stuff! I was surprised to see some clothes still having the tags on them, and pennies on the $...its way worth it...

Height: | I also recommend looking in stores like TJMaxx and Ross's Dress for Less. I have found some great bargains there on designer labels for cheaper than WalMart clothes. Another great store for Bargains on Clearance items is Deb or Deb Plus. You are getting into sizes now that are easier to find. You might also want to check the clearance racks at Kohl's and Sears. Happy hunting. My advice is buy one pair of jeans, one nice skirt, a few tops and a workout outfit. These are great pieces to invest in as you go down and are versatile. Congrats on the size change....isn't it great? Janae |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I also had luck with Savers and a new thrift shop in our area where all the proceeds go to the Humane Society ( I love this store for that reason alone). I purchased 3 pairs of jeans, tags still on, at different sizes, one I can wear right now, one in about 10-15 lbs more lost and another after about 20 lbs (my goal pants). I paid $17.00 for all three and they are in perfect condition. If I bought them at Walmart, it'd be easily 60.00 for all three if not more. So definitely check out thrift shops, you'd be surprised what you find.THis is my new favorite store. LOL. |
