Question Looking for help
I just wanted to see if anyone out there has any protein or vitamin supplements or calcium citrate that maybe they don't like or tolerate well. I am coming toward my surgery in the next couple months and I don't have a lot of money to go out and get a bunch of stuff. If someone or a few someones could help me out it would be greatly appreciated. I don't really know what all I need and I probably don't have enough money to spend on it since I'm on a fixed income. Thanks a bunch for reading this.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Mine's long gone but here's a hint. If you contact specific online stores, they may have low cost or free samples for you to try. I'd suggest this first since your taste buds are likely to be confused for awhile after surgery ~ even stuff you like preop may not be palatable postop. Good luck
