| Need size 16 & 18 pants/slacks
After reading all of your posts, I see that mine is the same old story. I have grown too small for my 22s and 20s. Now I desparately need some size 18 and 16 slacks for work and I don't want to pay full price for new ones. I have plenty of tops for the time being and I have several size 18 jeans, but no size 18 slacks or size 16 anything. Is anybody out there looking to get rid of some? I will be happy to reimburse for shipping.

I don't have any 16 or 18's to help you out with, but I was wondering if you were looking to get rid of your 20's and 22's? I'm a 24/26 now and hopefully will be growing out of them soon. I'm glad to pay shipping or whatever you think is fair. Please let me know. Thanks!

| I can't help you with the 16s-18s, because that's where I am myself (I still can't believe it) , but I do alot of shopping at the GoodWill store or Rescue Mission store. I don't want to pay full price right now either, considering I'm still losing. Just an idea......and I've gotten some really nice things for next to nothing in price. You may try a consignment shop as well. Good luck!!

Sorry, I gave away my 18's that were too big and am in the 16's. I, too shop at the thrift stores. Always have, even when not losing...just need to budget-wise.
I find you have to go quite often to dig through the racks. Sometimes you find nothing and then....voila! Next time you find treasures. It's become a "thing" with me, I won't pay over $3 for anything!
...well, except my underwear! Just can't bring myself to buy underwear at at a thrift store. And my silk long underwear which I wear 1/2 of the year.
I understand your need, hopefully you'll get some good replies here and find some stuff other places as well.

Hi KatV,
I wish I could help you out, but I have a few friends and family who are already fighting over my "hand me down" clothes. I doubt there will be anything left when they get through.
I see you just had your surgery, I hope you are feeling well. I am at week 6 today. All of the sudden, I started feeling great a couple days ago. The gas and constipation went away and life is great! Hang in there!

No honey I wish I did I would send them to you right away. What I will suggest honey is this...... Go to good will and get just a few.... because your gonna be out of them so fast its gonna make your head spin. I would suggest that to anyone still dropping sizes until you get within 20 pounds of your goal weight. It just comes off so fast that you cant keep up and will surely break you if you spend top dollar or buy new ones. I used to no like the thought of going in a place like that to make a purchase however....... it does benefit the community and they give the money to well needed services. I have got stuff there with tags still on.
My own son who is 24 went with his girlfriend to shop because she needed dark navy pants and needed them fast because of a new job she got. She couldnt afford new ones until she got a paycheck. She found 3 pair that day paid a total of 6 bucks and one had tags still on it. He now.....goes there himself and gets shirts. The dress type of shirts. He brought his goodies home to me a couple weeks ago and had 3 dress shirts his size with tags on them still from Old Navy. Total price 7 dollars. The tags totaled over 63 bucks bought new and they were never worn. I might add they are still very much in style. This is a young man who shops the higher end stores for his shirts. He loves shopping there now. Still particluar on what he gets but finds good bargins.
So dont rule out those stores honey. Its amazing. Fall is here and people will be getting rid of there older stuff or stuff they didnt wear........so its bargin city. Check right after Christmas to....... and before tax time. Its a surplus!
