Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I got a question about peanutbutter. I ate 1 1/2 tablespoon of peanutbutter and I figured I could eat a banana after I ate the peanutbutter. Well I could not get anything down after the peanutbutter, I was stuffed. This is the second time I ate plain peanutbutter since my surgery, just the fact I do not care for eating peanutbutter plain, now if I add it into other foods I love it and tastes good to me, but not plain peanutbutter. My question is more out of curosity if this happens to any one else. Now I can eat about 1 cup or so of chili which is watered down, my chili is not thick it is more like a heavy soup. I can also eat over a cup of soup too and I can eat about 2 to 4 oz. of meatloaf and I have no problem feeling so full like the peanutbutter did to me this morning. Am I weird? My daughter ate peanutbutter by the jarfulls one at home and one at work. She loves to eat peanutbutter and she always got the chunky, well I cannot handle the chunky mine has to be smooth. She said she is not eating so much peanutbutter anymore, she ate more before so that she could get in her protien at the 2nd month. She always did like peanutbutter, in fact my kids all did, when they were all at home, and when I wanted to use peanutbutter the jar would be empty most of the time. See I can live with out peanuts but I love the other nuts(go figure) I am weird!!!!! I was just wondering if anyone expiernced what I did with the peanutbutter.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | The first time I ate it, it felt like it just sat there in my pouch, I didnt like the feeling so I left it alone for awhile. The next time I had it I mixed it up with banana and it went down fine, so now when I have it I always thin it out with something that goes well with it.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I too didnt do well the fist time I had it but now I have it quite a bit. I eat in on a rice cake, thin layer or it or now I also eat it on a magic pop. Very thin layer. I also do better with the low fat reduced fat peanut butter. If I get the regular it doesnt taste right to me now. Try it with just a thin layer of it. |

| I love PB and have been looking around at the store for SF PB. I have found two kinds so far and the prices are pretty good too. I am sure a jar will go a long way..And my daughter loves it too so I am sure she will eat the SF too.

| The first time I tried PB, I ate it by itself and I got sick because it was so heavy to me. Then, the second time I tried it, I tried it on some mini pretzels. I think I had about 5 of them with just the tip of them dipped in PB. I did fine with that.
