Default found a good high protien breakfast...

Hello....

Breakfast seems to be the most difficult meal for me. I HATEEE protien shakes. Eggs seem to get "stuck" and there just isnot too many high protien choices for breakfast out there... BUT!!! I found this yogurt... its greek organic yogurt... it comes in plain and vanilla... 6 oz has 15 grms of protien! i add 2 equals to it to sweeten it up {its pretty gross if u don't} then i bought some canned blueberries and i put a few teaspoons of those in it and stir it all up. MUCH TO MY SURPRISE..it was SO GOOD!! The brand of yougurt is call "OIKES" greek organic yogurt. Here in Massachusetts its found in Stop& Shop... anyone who is having problems with breakfast might like to try this... OH and I also found a great site to order some high protien foods online... "Nashua Nutrition" ...LOL maybe everyone has already heard of all this and I am just behind the 8ball!!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

ever so often, hubby likes to have breakfast at McDonalds...I've done their yogurt thing before and it's good too....it has strawberries, blueberries, granola and yogurt. I'm sure it's not fat free yogurt, but actually, with the fruit, it's not that much yogurt at all. It's the ONE thing left at McDonalds that I'll agree to eat.....

If you like Oikes then you should try Fage. It is also a greek yogurt . The fat free version has 12g of protein and it tastes good even without sweetener which is very surprising. I like to add honey to it.

I don't like greek yogurt but I make a smoothie with vanilla protein and dannon lite and fit, total yumm. If not I stir in high protein cereal and pistachios in my yogurt, I get the cereal from bariatriceating.com, it comes in little bags and is good and low carb, makes a super high protein breakfast. If I make eggs, they're scrambled and I load them up with fat free cottage cheese and soy bacon bits.
