Default Blaine's low carb kitchen TV Show

I watch this show Blaine's low carb kitchen and I got some great ideas on cooking from him. But you can check him out on the internet to find what station on TV he is on. I clicked on the TV until I saw his cooking and I just put it into my DVR schedule to come on whenever he is on and I have no idea what channel he is on so check it out on the internet what channel he is on. I went into his site to check out the recipes but it looks much better and easier when I see his show on TV. Just how he makes it gives me ideas to watch him do it instead of reading it. He has some great recipes and he lost over 50 pounds just doing the low carb recipes. He actually cooks just like I do. There are a few things he does that I will not do but that is far and few in between. I really like his shows. Just thought I would drop a little note of his show if you are interested.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
