Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | So my mom made a kick a@@ roast the other night, it was so good. I thought lastnight what the hell I'll reheat this and have it for dinner...I ate it and about 2 minutes later I got the worst stomach pains ever, then I had the slimes, then I had the OMG I gotta lay down or pass out feeling. So up to bed I went. Evil microwave...I will never ever do that again |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I hope you feel better. Now some things I can heat up in the microwave and I have no trouble with it. But I heat up alot of my leftover meals in my little toaster oven. That was the best investment we made was into my toaster oven. Being it is only my husband and me, I cook alot of our meals in the toater oven. The only time I usually use the big oven is when our kids are here and I have to make a big meal for all of them. I also cook alot of things in the slow cooker, now i have trouble with the meat in the slow cooker and my husband loves the meat in the slow cooker. So when he eats meat from the slow cooker I eat a protein bar or protein drink. Or I will eat soup or chili. I heat up chili in the microwave and i have no trouble with the chili in the microwave. My biggest problems with meats is the processed meats. I get so sick from any kind of processed meats. Now I get sick from sausage from the store but I do ok with the sausage that we make at my folks place. We make it with pork and beef and the only spices that are in the sausage is pepper, salt and garlic, that is it and that is why it agrees with me there are no preseratives in our homemade sausage. I do ok with the bacon that we buy from a butcher that makes it himself. That is why I make all my meats from scratch.
