I hate swallowing pills..This is just awful - I love my creamy bites. I need to get calcium citrate soon can anyone recommend a good substitue. Thanks

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass   | Someone posted the other day that these were being discontinued. I use a powdered calcium citrate that I mix with food or shakes. 700mg per level tsp, and brand is NOW. Available at nutrition stores or online.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Yep - Mission Pharmaceuticals sold "Citracal" to Bayer and it seems that they will continue with the Citracal-D but not the Citracal Creamy Bites. Shame cause I found them easy to eat early out. I now use UpCal-D from vitalady.com It's a powder you put in your drink. I alternate that with the Citracal-D pills - although I'm cleared for tablets, I can crunch them with no trouble - they're just a bit chalky.
