Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I wasn't able to even sleep on my side till 4 weeks post-op. I took longer for some reason. Now I can flip over and not feel pulling or pain. But yes, on your back for so long...hard to sleep and gets painful. Sleeping propped up or with a pillow under your knees may help, takes some pressue off your lower back.

the back pain is probably from trying to compensate for not using your ab muscles. take it easy. it will ease up soon enough.

Yes, the back muscles are doing things they never had to do before, I remember that, things will get better as you begin to heal. I hated sleeping on my back too, now that the sleep apnea is gone I find myself doing it more, and I kinda like it now!

Try a body pillow. If you lay on your side it takes some of the stress off the back. 7 months out and I still use it always!!!! Kathy

I couldn't sleep on my side or stomach either, do I used a pillow while lying on my side and propped the pillow by my stomach and it help very much, looked for a body pillow but they didn't have any around so just used a regular pillow. It will get better.

LOL, I just now realized that my back pain after surgery wasn't due to the bed. HA HA I was sleeping in the guest bedroom because we have a waterbed and I knew I wouldn't be able to get out of that for awhile and I thought the mattress was giving me the back pain. LOL silly me.
