Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  mental breakdown moment? i dont really know what happened to me last evening, it was kinda a stressful evening and i felt really rushed and kinda anxiety filled. then my daughter puked all over the floor and i yelled at her for it, man what an A i felt like so i sat on the couch and just cried, anyone els have these moments? or am i just freaking out? i feel much better today but OMG im sure my daughter thought what the H is wrong with her?

It's not that your daughter puked, its that its one more thing to deal with and have to clean up and take care of. Tell her your sorry, that things were just building up inside yesterday and that you were'nt mad at her for vomiting. Try to find a way to give yourself a mental health day, can you get out of the house alone for a while, call a friend, go to the movies, something that gives you some down time? take care, don't feel bad, it happens to all of us.

I know when I lose it and my oldest son asks his father could he come get me, its time for me to take a step back. Our kids knows we are not perfect. Just explain to her that is was not her fault and tell her you are sorry you snapped. Kids are so forgiving.
