Has anyone heard or tried the B Patch post op? I'm hearing there are absorbtion issues post op. It seems to me taking vitamin B via a patch would be ideal. Thoughts?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Yes that would be an option, but I'm sure the cost is more than you would like to spend. There are alternative methods too. Like taking sublingual B12, or splitting your b12 into a couple of doses per day. I happen to use a liquid vitamin, heavy in B vitamins. One ounce is the daily dose. I do recommend that people who worry about absorbption issues take 1/2 dose in the AM and 1/2 dose in the PM. Liquid vitamin is listed on my web site, and it's affordable too.

I'm doing the sublingual. They're in the vitamin aisle at WalMart.

I've done the nicotine patches in the past and eventuall developed an alergy to the adhesive so I don't think I'm a candidate for the patch.
